When TotalEnergies came to us, we realised something: they weren’t just multi-energy, they were multitasking too. A brand with different business verticals and, therefore, different communication needs, all operating under a highly reactive and corporate content strategy.
The result was communication focused on the brand rather than the user. So we turned the situation around: we developed a new social media strategy that connected the brand’s needs with users’ interests. By building on a series of content pillars designed to create meaningful, valuable content, we managed to bring the brand closer to its audience, speaking their language in a much simpler and more relatable way.
The honest side
of energy.
On social media, we were still seeing highly staged, heavily branded content, but we knew users were looking for real people, so we decided to act like Instagram Close Friends: creating honest content and speaking directly and openly to people.
We gave video formats featuring real people a central role, humanising the brand while providing practical solutions that helped users better understand and improve their relationship with energy. We fully embraced content creation and focused on education, but in a way that was engaging and entertaining.
And that’s how we built a brand that not only brought good energy, but good vibes too.
